Once the form is completed, the eligible, participating private school will submit the form to Step Up For Students. The student will not receive scholarship dollars if this form is not completed by the school, signed by the guardian, and submitted to Step Up For Students. This form requires the guardian's signature.This form will outline the exact amount of tuition and other fees being charged by the school for the student.The eligible, participating private school should review the School Commitment Form with the guardian.The Award ID should be provided by the guardian to the eligible participating private school of their choice, allowing the school to enroll a student through our system and begin scholarship payments. The Award ID will become available via their EMA portal account, found within the Scholarship Status section of Student Details. Once a private school has been selected, the guardian may send the student’s Award ID to the private school. Guardians should reach out to the eligible, participating private school they have chosen as soon as possible to let the school know of the student's scholarship eligibility.
